NFTE சார்பில் DIRECTOR (HR ) உடனான சந்திப்பு  08-10-2013 அன்று நடைபெற்றது .NFTE தலைவர்கள் தோழர்கள்  இஸ்லாம், சந்தேஷ்வர் சிங், ராஜமௌலி ஆகியோர் பங்கு பெற்றனர்.நிர்வாக தரப்பில் Sr.GM (HR), Sr.GM(Estt) and DGM(HR)  ஆகியோர் பங்கு பெற்றனர். கீழ்க்கண்ட பிரச்சினைகள் விவாதிக்கப்பட்டன

          நிர்வாக தரப்பு BSNL -இன் நிதிநிலைமையை காரணம் கூறினாலும் NFTE தரப்பில்  போனஸ் தொழிலாளர்களின் உரிமை என்றும் அது மறுக்கப்படுவது தவறு என்றும் வாதிடப்பட்டது.இதை CMD -இன் கவனத்திற்கு கொண்டு செல்வதாக Director (HR ) உறுதியளித்துள்ளார்.

BSNL to Launch ‘My BSNL’ App for Android & Windows Phone, Pay Bills, Recharge & Manage services from Mobile and Tablets

 In view of providing convenience to its customers, India’s National telecom backbone Bharat Sanchar Nigma Ltd (BSNL) all set to launch ‘My BSNL’ Mobile Application for Android and Windows smartphone to let its subscribers to pay bills, recharge and manage their Mobile, Land-line and Broadband services from mobile and tablets.

BSNL considers this mobile application is important to reach customers pro-actively in facilitating bill payments in Landline/Wireless (GSM/3G/CDMA/WiMAX – Post paid /Pre Paid) segments.

In the present scenario for accessing e-services offered by BSNL, it is essential to visit http://portal.bsnl.in through Desktop/ Laptop. While  ’My BSNL App’ will enable the customers to pay Postpaid bills and Prepaid Top up on-line through their Mobiles and Tablets.

BSNL’s goal with this mobile application is to provide Android /Windows Mobile/Tablet users a visually appealing, user-friendly application which facilitates a hassle free payment mechanism to either Prepaid mobile Top up /recharge, migration of new tariff plan, activation of new services or to pay Post paid bills.

Official “My BSNL App”  is free to download app and now available in Google Play Store for Android users in and Windows Phone App Store.

AS PER RATE & COSTING SECTION OF CFA AT NEW DELHI W.E.F 1.10.2013, BSNL discount for Broadband & Wimax will be reduced from 20% to 10%, for the serving and retired Central Government/State Government/ PSU Employees 

ரயில்வே ஊழியர்களுக்கு 78 நாள் போனஸ்

ரயில்வே ஊழயர்களுக்கு கடந்தாண்டை போன்று இந்த ஆண்டும் 78 நாள் சம்பளம் பண்டிகைக் கால போனஸ் வழங்கப்படலாம் என தகவல்கள் வெளியாகி உள்ளன.

இது தொடர்பாக தொழிற்சங்கங்களுடன் நடத்தப்பட்ட பேச்சு வார்த்தையில் உடன்பாடு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. இதில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட முடிவுகள் மத்திய அமைச்சரவை ஒப்புதலுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டு விரைவில் ஒப்புதல் பெற இருக்கின்றன.

78 நாள் சம்பளம் போனஸாக வழங்குவதால் ரெயில்வே துறைக்கு ரூ.1,000 கோடி கூடுதல் செலவு ஏற்படும்.

கடும் நிதி நெருக்கடி நிலையிலும், ரயில்வே ஊழியர்களுக்கு கடந்த ஆண்டில் அளிக்கப்பட்ட அதே அளவு போனஸ் இந்த ஆண்டும் அளிக்கப்பட இருப்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. 

Productivity-linked bonus is paid to railway employees each year before the Dussehra festival. Over 12.60 lakh non-gazetted railway employees will benefit from the Cabinet decision on the bonus. The wage calculation ceiling prescribed for payment of bonus to eligible non-gazetted railway employees is Rs 3,500 per month and an employee is likely to get about Rs 8,975 as this year's bonus.
