 இயற்கை வேளாண் விஞ்ஞானி நம்மாழ்வார் உடல்நலக்குறைவு காரணமாக காலமானார். அவருக்கு வயது 75.

DoT invites Application for 1800MHz and 900MHz Spectrum Auction Starting January 23

India’s Department of Telecom invites application for 2G spectrum auction starting January 23, 2013. The DoT has issued the NIA document (Notice of Inviting Application) to start in 1800MHz and 900MHz band spectrum auction.

According to the DoT, the award of Spectrum in 1800MHz and 900MHz band shall be conducted as a single process. A common Notice has been issued only for the sake of convenience.The last date for submission of applications by interested companies is January 4.

In each service area or telecom circle, bidders will bid for blocks of spectrum of 200 KHz Paired in 1800 MHZ and 1 MHz Paired in 900 MHZ Band (i.e. the right to use spectrum blocks not linked to any frequency) as per their respective permissible limit dependingupon their categorization as a “New Entrant” or as an “Existing Licensee”.

In the auction, since the maximum number of blocks a bidder can bid is restricted on the basis of the applicable bidding caps in a Service Area, it is not possible for a bidder to win more than the same in that Service Area.

Block size shall be of 200 KHz (Paired) in 1800 MHz Band and 1 MHz (Paired) in 900 MHz Band. Minmum number of blocks to be bid shall be 25 in 1800 MHZ band for new entrant while existing licensee shall bid for minimum of 3 blocks in 1800 MHz band. Each Bidder is required to bid a minimum of 5 Blocks in 900 MHz Band

Department of Telecom (DoT) will hold a pre-auction bid conference on December 20, 2013 and last date for companies / operators to seek clarifications on rules stated in ‘Notice Inviting Application’ is December 28, NIA said.

As per the NIA, DoT had sought 60 days time to start auction from the date cabinet (Govt of India) decides on the spectrum base price and the NIA was to be issued after 15 days of the decision. The DoT has, however, issued NIA within 3 days of Govt of India putting its stamp on minimum price for two sets of 2G spectrum – 1800 Mhz band and 900 Mhz.

According to NIA, there shall be a moratorium of 2 years for payment of balance amount of one time charges for the spectrum, which shall be recovered in 10 equal annual installments. Successful bidder/operator will have to pay first installment of the balance amount on the third anniversary of the first payment and subsequent installment will have to be on the same date of each following year.
According to DoT, there are no restrictions on the technology (2G, 3G or 4G) to be adopted for providing services within the scope of the service license using spectrum blocks allotted through this auction.
However the successful bidder needs to provide details of the technology proposed to be deployed for operation of its services using spectrum blocks allotted through this auction within one month of obtaining the licence, if the technology happens to be other than GSM/CDMA/WCDMA – 3G to DoT.

காரைக்கால் அம்மையார் கோயில் பின்புறம் தலைமை தபால் நிலையம் உள்ளது. இங்கு நேற்று முன்தினம் முதல் செல்போன் மூலம் மணியார்டர்(எம்.எம்.டி.எஸ்) அனுப்பும் புதிய சேவை துவங்கியது. இதன் மூலம், பணம் அனுப்ப விரும்புவோர், தபால் நிலையத்திற்குச் சென்று யாருக்குப் பணம் அனுப்ப வேண்டுமோ அவரது செல்போன் எண், அவரது பெயரைக் கூறி பணத்தை வழங்கவேண்டும். தொடர்ந்து, சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பயனாளிக்கு ஒரு எஸ்.எம்.எஸ் அனுப்பப் படும். அந்த எஸ்.எம்.எஸ்-ல் 6 இலக்க ரகசிய எண் குறிப்பிடப்படும்.

பின்னர், அந்தப் பயனாளி தனது ஊரில் உள்ள தபால் நிலையத்திற்குச் சென்று, தனது செல்போனுக்கு வந்த 6 இலக்க ரகசிய எண்ணைக் குறிப்பிட்டு, செல்போன் எஸ்.எம்.எஸ் செய்தியைக் காட்டவேண்டும். அடுத்த சில நிமிடங்களில் அவர் பணம் பெற்றுகொள்ளலாம். இந்தப் புதிய சேவை மூலம், ரூ.1000 முதல் ரூ.10 ஆயிரம் வரை பணம் அனுப்ப முடியும். ரூ.1000 முதல் ரூ.1500 வரை பணம் அனுப்ப கமிஷன் ரூ45, 1501 முதல் ரூ.5 ஆயிரம் வரை ரூ.79 கமிஷனும், ரூ.5001 முதல் ரூ.10,000 வரை ரூ.112 கமிஷனும் வசூலிக்கப்படுகிறது. இந்த சேவை நாகை ,திருவாரூர் ,வேளாங்கண்ணி என 7 தபால் நிலையத்தில் உள்ளதாக காரைக்கால் துணை தபால் நிலைய அதிகாரி தெரிவித்தார் .

BSNL Revises ISD Packs, Slashes International Tariffs by Over 75%

 India’s National telecombackbone Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today announced the launch of revised Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) wherein its 2G and 3G Mobile customers would get over 75% cheaper rates for making International calls to selected locations compare to normal tariff and also offers of all other Pan-India mobile service providers.

 BSNL offering STVs for ISD Calls in the range for Rs.23 to Rs.41 for prepaid 2G and 3G customers whereas postpaid 2G and 3G users have to pay a fixed monthly charge (FMC) of Rs.20 to Rs.40 to avail the cheaper rates for International calling.BSNL is the only mobile service provider in India which allow use of its all STVs for ISD calling  while National Roaming with in BSNL network area across India same as Home network.BSNL has divided the countries into four groups for various STVs. With a STV of Rs.41, prepaid GSM customers can call USA, Canada and Singapore for Rs.1.49 per minute whereas the normal rate is Rs.6 per minute without any pack or plan. BSNL mobile users can call China at Rs.1.49 per minute against the normal ISD tariff is Rs.10 per minute. Postpaid GSM customers too can avail the same rates with a FMC of Rs.40. The SMS tariff has been reduced to Rs.3 from Rs 5 per SMS.For countries including France, Germany and UK, the rate has been reduced to Rs.4.49 per minute as against Rs.6 with a STV of Rs.38 for prepaid users and FMC of Rs.35 for postpaid customers.BSNL customers can call Bangladesh, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand at Rs.2.99 per minute with STV of Rs.27 as against a normal ISD call price of Rs 10. For calling Australia, the rate has been reduced to Rs 6.49 per minute with Rs.23 STV and a FMC of Rs.23 while SMS can be send for Rs.3.

BSNL to Launch ‘My BSNL’ App for Android & Windows Phone, Pay Bills, Recharge & Manage services from Mobile and Tablets

 In view of providing convenience to its customers, India’s National telecom backbone Bharat Sanchar Nigma Ltd (BSNL) all set to launch ‘My BSNL’ Mobile Application for Android and Windows smartphone to let its subscribers to pay bills, recharge and manage their Mobile, Land-line and Broadband services from mobile and tablets.

BSNL considers this mobile application is important to reach customers pro-actively in facilitating bill payments in Landline/Wireless (GSM/3G/CDMA/WiMAX – Post paid /Pre Paid) segments.

In the present scenario for accessing e-services offered by BSNL, it is essential to visit http://portal.bsnl.in through Desktop/ Laptop. While  ’My BSNL App’ will enable the customers to pay Postpaid bills and Prepaid Top up on-line through their Mobiles and Tablets.

BSNL’s goal with this mobile application is to provide Android /Windows Mobile/Tablet users a visually appealing, user-friendly application which facilitates a hassle free payment mechanism to either Prepaid mobile Top up /recharge, migration of new tariff plan, activation of new services or to pay Post paid bills.

Official “My BSNL App”  is free to download app and now available in Google Play Store for Android users in and Windows Phone App Store.

AS PER RATE & COSTING SECTION OF CFA AT NEW DELHI W.E.F 1.10.2013, BSNL discount for Broadband & Wimax will be reduced from 20% to 10%, for the serving and retired Central Government/State Government/ PSU Employees

ரயில்வே ஊழயர்களுக்கு கடந்தாண்டை போன்று இந்த ஆண்டும் 78 நாள் சம்பளம் பண்டிகைக் கால போனஸ் வழங்கப்படலாம் என தகவல்கள் வெளியாகி உள்ளன.

இது தொடர்பாக தொழிற்சங்கங்களுடன் நடத்தப்பட்ட பேச்சு வார்த்தையில் உடன்பாடு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. இதில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட முடிவுகள் மத்திய அமைச்சரவை ஒப்புதலுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டு விரைவில் ஒப்புதல் பெற இருக்கின்றன.

78 நாள் சம்பளம் போனஸாக வழங்குவதால் ரெயில்வே துறைக்கு ரூ.1,000 கோடி கூடுதல் செலவு ஏற்படும்.

கடும் நிதி நெருக்கடி நிலையிலும், ரயில்வே ஊழியர்களுக்கு கடந்த ஆண்டில் அளிக்கப்பட்ட அதே அளவு போனஸ் இந்த ஆண்டும் அளிக்கப்பட இருப்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. 

Productivity-linked bonus is paid to railway employees each year before the Dussehra festival. Over 12.60 lakh non-gazetted railway employees will benefit from the Cabinet decision on the bonus. The wage calculation ceiling prescribed for payment of bonus to eligible non-gazetted railway employees is Rs 3,500 per month and an employee is likely to get about Rs 8,975 as this year's bonus.

மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு 10% அகவிலைப்படி உயர்வு

மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு 10 சதவீத அகவிலைப்படி உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதன்மூலம் 50 லட்சம் மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களும், 30 லட்சம் ஓய்வூதியர்களும் பயனடைவர்.

இந்த அகவிலைப்படியின் பலன் ஜூலை 1 முதல் முன்தேதியிட்டு வழங்கப்படும் என மத்திய அரசு வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளன. மத்திய அமைச்சரவை வரும் 20ஆம் தேதி கூடி, இதற்கு ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கும் என்று கூறப்படுகிறது.

மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கான ஊதிய உயர்வு ஆண்டுதோறும் ஜனவரி மற்றும் ஜூலையில் அறிவிக்கப்படும். இந்நிலையில் அதற்கான முடிவு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதன்படி தற்போது 80 சதவீதமாக வழங்கப்படும் அகவிலைப்படி 90 சதவீதமாக வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது.

இந்த ஊதிய உயர்வு மூலம் அரசுக்கு ஆண்டுக்கு கூடுதலாக ரூ. 10,879 கோடி செலவாகும். கடந்த 2010ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 1-இல் அகவிலைப்படி 10 சதவீதம் உயர்த்தப்பட்டது. அதன் பிறகு, அகவிலைப்படி தற்போதுதான் இரட்டை இலக்கத்தில் அதிகரிக்கப்பட உள்ளது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

MTNL Mumbai Launches 8Mbps Unlimited BB Plans (with FUP), Starting Rs.990

Mumbai’s number one Broadband and telecom service provider Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) today announced the launch four new 8 Mbps High-Speed Broadband plans starting from Rs.990 over its existing ADSL Broadband services (Tri-Band).While the other 8Mbps Unlimited Broadband plan are –  Rs.1290, Rs.1690 and Rs.2290 offering the same speed of 8 Mbps download / 2  Mbps upload speed upto 50 GB, 85 GB and 165 GB respectively and after that speed will be downgraded to 512 Kbps for further unlimited data usage.
All plans are available as Combo and Non-combo. The combo version of above plans will offer a Rent FREE Landline. However in Non combo version customer will have to choose/select separate landline plan as per his own requirements.

• These 8Mbps plans over existing ADSL lines can be given Using normal ADSL CPE upto 1 KM distance and beyond 1 KM of respective area exchange that line bonding CPE can be used (to offer the same speed) and whcih comes at One Time Line bonding CPE Upfront Charges of Rs.4000.
• DSL activation and testing charges, one time upfront CPE charges and monthly CPE service charges will be as per existing tariff for connection to be given on single pair using normal ADSL CPE(wired/wireless).
• Service tax extra as applicable.
• One static IP given free of cost for DSL_8Mbps_2290 plan on customer request.
• Data Usage include upload and download wherever mentioned.

மாலை சங்கக்கொடி  ஏற்றத்துடன் நிகழ்ச்சி தொடங்கியது .சங்கஅலுவலகத்தை தோழர் R K திறந்து வைத்தார், தலைவர்கள் திருஉருவப்படம் திறந்து வைக்கப்பட்டது. மூத்த தோழர்கள் இசக்கி ,தனபால்,குடந்தை மாலி, V S ,அதிகாரிகள்,மற்றும் தோழமை சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் கலந்து கொண்டு வாழ்த்தினார்கள் .

மாநிலச்செயலர் பட்டாபி சங்க பலகையை திறந்து வைத்தார் .TEPU சங்கம்,BSNLEU பரிசு பொருள் கொடுத்து கௌரவித்தனர். 

தோழர் கலியமூர்த்தி கலந்து கொண்டு சிறப்பித்தார்.

கூட்டத்தில் தோழர் பட்டாபி,RK ,தமிழ்மணி, ஜெயபால் உற்சாகமாக உரை நிகழ்த்தினர் . கலந்து கொண்டோர் அனைவரும் உற்சாகமுடன் சென்றனர்.

இந்தியாவிற்கான பாகிஸ்தான் உளவு அமைப்பான ISI (ஐஎஸ்ஐ) உதவியுடன் ஆண்டுதோறும் இந்தியாவுக்குள் 1,600 கோடி அளவுக்கு கள்ள ரூபாய் நோட்டுகள் புழக்கத்தில் விடப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று லஷ்கர் பயங்கரவாதி அப்துல் கரீம் துன்டா திடுக்கிடும் தகவல்
